Collect seeds from the ground, and analyze size, shape, color, texture, and growth potential. Identify the plant species from which the seeds originate. Investigate seed dispersal mechanisms, including wind, water, and animal dispersal. Exploring factors influencing seed dormancy. Predict the potential tree size and shape that may emerge from the collected seeds.
Waste-to-Gas Volunteer
As a Waste-to-Gas volunteer, your role is crucial in contributing to activities aimed at converting waste into gas in areas lacking access to an electricity grid.
Site Visits: Visit proposed homes to analyze wastes and recommend suitable biodigesters for efficiently converting waste into gas. Consider factors such as available waste types, family population, and energy usage patterns to determine the most suitable biodigester model.
Updating Biodigester Locations on a Google Map: Utilize mapping tools to accurately update the locations of installed biodigesters on Google Maps. Ensure visibility and accessibility of biodigester locations for donors, stakeholders, and community members.
