Dahlia Chepkweshok – Kenya

Born on April 29, 2020, Dahlia is a bright 4-year-old in Grade 1 who dreams of becoming a teacher. She lives in Kitalale with her 89-year-old grandmother, her only caregiver. Gifted in singing and dancing, she has won two trophies in inter-church competitions. Netball helps her use energy and build teamwork. Joyful, expressive, and creative, she loves colors and patterns that show her talent.

Barriers to Dahlia
In Term 2 of 2025, Dahlia left school when climate disasters destroyed crops and her grandmother could not provide for her education. Poverty has put her dream of becoming a teacher at risk. Without urgent support, she may never return to class. A small act of kindness can reopen the doors of learning and protect her childhood hope.

How Your Support Helps
Your donation pays for Dahlia’s tuition and school supplies, giving her the tools to learn and grow. Just $55 per term × 3 terms = $170 per year. This includes tuition ($138), notebooks ($9), pencils ($8), bag ($4), uniform ($6), and shoes ($5). Every gift restores dignity, keeps her in class, and brings her closer to her dream.

Ways to Give
You can sponsor one item, a term, two terms, or even a full year. Your support helps Dahlia stay in school, complete her primary education, and move toward becoming a teacher. Every contribution—big or small—brings hope, restores opportunity, and builds a brighter future. Together, we can change her story.
