Babirye Avanticah – Uganda

Babirye, born in 2015, is a bright and hardworking Grade 4 student (2025) living in a rural area. She dreams of becoming a surgeon. Despite limited food and resources, she stays hopeful. She enjoys playing netball, singing in her church choir, weaving, exploring nature, and outdoor activities. Calm, composed, and resourceful, her courage and love for learning inspire those around her.

Challenges Babirye Faces
Babirye loves learning, but life is hard. Her family could not afford tuition and school supplies, so she had to leave school. With a sponsor’s help, she can return, continue her studies, and take steps toward becoming a surgeon. Her determination and potential will grow with the support she needs.

How Your Donation Will Be Used
Your donation will pay for Babirye’s tuition and school supplies, giving her what she needs to succeed in class. $60 per term × 3 terms = $180 per year. This covers tuition ($144), notebooks ($12), pens ($12), bag ($4), uniform ($6), and shoes ($5).
