Namuleemo Arianah – Uganda
Arianah, born in March 2019, is a bright girl now in Grade 2. She dreams of becoming a judge, which she calls “telling who is wrong.” A natural peacemaker, she shows fairness both at home and in school. The third of five children, Arianah enjoys reading stories, playing soccer, dancing, and speaking. Despite struggles, she stays hopeful and eager to reach her dream.
Challenges Arianah Faces
Going to school is very hard for Arianah. Her family cannot afford tuition or school supplies. They often live on one meal a day, sometimes none, and sleep in a dusty house. Arianah rests on a mattress made of banana leaves, while unsafe water and diseases weaken her health. Yet she stays determined to study and fulfill her dream of becoming a judge.
